At Church Juice, we’re passionate about church communications. Everything communicates something, so why not be intentional about what your church is saying to your community and congregation. Everything we do here at Church Juice is meant to be an educational tool for churches. Whether it's writing case studies, blogging about the latest trends, creating resources based on best practices or helping you one-on-one, we're here to energize church communications. It's all free and we're not here to make money.
On this site, you’ll find three major sections.
- Blog. We're always filling this area with fresh, thoughtful content about anything related to church communications. Plus we'll keep you up to date about what's going on behind the scenes at Church Juice, too.
- Training. We’re building a growing library of resources you can use to build your knowledge in all sorts of communications areas. They’re free for you to download, use and share.
- The Juicys. At Church Juice, we believe in helping churches be better communicators. We recognize and reward those churches who’ve worked to improve their church communications. Take a look at some of the past winners and see how you can apply for a Juicys grant.

Hello. I’m Jerod Clark the Communications Consultant and Project Manager for Church Juice. In 2007, I helped build Church Juice from scratch and have enjoyed working with churches directly while also publishing ebooks, writing blog posts and speaking at conferences about best practices for websites, social media, branding and overall communications.
Before joining Church Juice, I spent five years as a local news reporter and fill-in anchor. First I was at KOAM-TV in Joplin, MO. Later I moved up to KTHV-TV in Little Rock, AR. During my time as a journalist, I covered a wide variety of issues including tragedies and inspirational human-interest stories learning that every single person has a unique story to tell.
As far as education goes, I have dual degrees, a BS in Journalism and a BA in Political Science, from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Currently I’m working on my MBA through the University of Missouri.
While working in Joplin, I met my wife Sarah, who was also a journalist. Now we live in the Chicago area and love traveling the world together.
